Resetting your password is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the 'Sign In' page.

    Follow the ‘forgot your password’ link on our ‘sign in’ page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

BUYING

Purchasing your perfect wedding piece on Reveiled is simple:

  1. Browse: Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or brand.
  2. Sign In: Log in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created an account, set one up via the sign up link.
  3. Add To Cart: Once you find an item you love add it to your cart.
  4. Pay Securely:  Make payment via paypal for secure transfer or opt-in for a cash on delivery.

    We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you by the seller.

Stay informed about your order with these simple steps:

  1. Log In: Access your Reveiled account.
  2. My Orders: Click on your profile dashboard's 'My Orders' tab.
  3. Track Your Purchase: Here, you'll find the seller's tracking information for your order, providing updates on its journey to you.

    Your profile dashboard is designed to give you real-time status updates for peace of mind.

Our policy generally regards all sales as final. However, if your item significantly differs from its listing in the description or images, you might qualify for a refund through PayPal's Buyer Protection.

Please refer to the 'Returns & Refunds' section for detailed guidance on this process.

To arrange a try-on, please use the messaging feature to connect with the seller on their listing page. The decision to allow dress try-ons is at the seller's discretion. Please communicate directly with them to inquire about the possibility.

Selecting your dress or item carefully is crucial, as returns due to fit are unavailable. Please thoroughly review the measurements and details provided in the listing, and consider reaching out to the seller to try on the dress before making your purchase. My order has yet to arrive. What am I supposed to do?

  1. Wait Period: Please allow an additional three business days for your item(s) to arrive.
  2. Contact Delivery Service: If the wait period lapses with no delivery, contact the delivery service with your tracking number for further assistance.

    Should the order not turn up, and the seller cannot demonstrate proof of shipment or delivery:

  1. List Your Item: Create a Reveiled account. Take great pictures and use our easy listing form. It is simple to use and free to list.
  2. Make the Sale: Once your item sells, package it carefully, dispatch it, and provide the buyer with the tracking information through your online dashboard.
  3. Secure Your Payment: We ensure the payment process is safe and secure. Following the delivery confirmation to the buyer, we will promptly process and transfer your payment.

The decision to allow dress try-ons rests with you, the seller. If you're comfortable, offering a try-on may increase the likelihood of a sale. However, it's perfectly okay if you prefer to avoid meeting buyers in person. Clearly state your preference in your listing or communicate it directly to interested buyers when contacted.

Yes, a small fee is now to list your items on Reveiled. This fee varies depending on the price of the item you're recording. This new approach ensures a high-quality marketplace experience for both buyers and sellers. For those looking to maximise visibility, we also offer premium listing options

Under our updated model, sellers are now charged a listing fee based on the item's price rather than a selling fee. This means no additional selling fee is deducted from the final sale price once your item is sold. With this change, we aim to streamline the selling process and provide more transparent pricing for our users.

Listings on Reveiled stay active until your item is sold. However, there are specific scenarios where your listing might be paused:
  • Lack of Response: If you're not engaging with potential buyers.
  • Account Inactivity: If there's been no login activity on your account for over 12 months.
  • Policy Violation: If you breach our terms and conditions or privacy policy.

Capturing your dress in its best light is critical to a successful sale.
Here's how to showcase it effectively:

  • Mix of Photos: Include professional shots from your wedding day and current images of the dress.
  • Quantity and Variety: The more photos and different angles, the better. Show the entire dress, front and back, to highlight the silhouette.
  • Dress Preparation: Ensure the dress is dry-cleaned and free of wrinkles.
  • Lighting: Use bright, natural light, ideally near a window.
  • Background: Opt for a plain background to keep the focus on the dress.
  • Detail Shots: Capture close-ups of intricate details like beading or the type of fabric.
  • Tags: Include images of brand, size, and material tags.

Yes, we highly recommend professionally dry cleaning your dress promptly after your wedding. This practice helps prevent dirt and marks from setting into permanent stains. To permanently remove a listing from sale:

  1. Dashboard: Go to your dashboard on Reveiled.
  2. Remove Listing: Select the listing you wish to remove and follow the prompts to withdraw it from sale.

Safeguarding your interests as a seller on Reveiled is crucial. Here are some critical steps to follow:

  • Verified Address: Only ship the dress to the address provided on PayPal. This ensures consistency with PayPal's Buyer Protection policy.
  • Tracking and Signature: Always use a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires the recipient's signature upon delivery. This can be a critical proof point if there's a dispute about receiving the item.

  • Stay Protected: Our protection policies do not cover transactions made outside Reveiled. You will only have safeguards if the dress is damaged or matches its listing description.
  • Report: Please report this to us immediately. We take the security of our community seriously and will investigate to ensure the safety of all users.

Upon completing a sale on Reveiled, your payment process is quick and secure:

Immediate Transfer: According to PayPal's efficient processing terms, you'll receive payment immediately.

Finalisation: The funds are released into your PayPal account typically within 24 hours following the buyer's confirmation of receiving the dress.

RETURN & REFUNDS

At Reveiled, our return policy is as follows:

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns:Please select items carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
  • PayPal Buyer Protection:If an item doesn't arrive or significantly differs from its description and images in the listing, buyers may be eligible for a return under PayPal's Buyer Protection program.

    We encourage buyers to review listings thoroughly to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.

If you encounter issues with your purchase, such as non-delivery or significant discrepancies from the listing, here's how to proceed under PayPal's Buyer Protection:

  1. Attempt Resolution: First, resolve the matter directly with the seller.
  2. File a Dispute: If a resolution isn't reached, file a dispute with PayPal within 20 days of your initial claim.
  3. Escalation: If the issue persists without resolution, escalate it to a claim with PayPal.
  4. PayPal's Decision: PayPal will review and decide if your claim qualifies for Buyer Protection.

  • Shipping Timeline:  Dispatch the item within four business days of the sale confirmation.
  • Communication:  If you cannot ship within seven days, inform the buyer promptly using the message board.
  • Tracking and Confirmation:  Provide the buyer tracking details and opt for signature confirmation upon delivery. This step is crucial for your protection, especially if a buyer disputes the receipt of the item.

    Adhering to these practices ensures a smooth and secure transaction for you and the buyer.

The delivery time for your item depends on several factors:

  • Location and Shipping Method: Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 7 business days, varying based on your geographical location and the chosen delivery method.
  • Tracking Your Order: Stay updated on your item's journey by logging into your Reveiled account to access the tracking information.

    This tracking feature helps you monitor the progress of your shipment for an estimated arrival time.

In transactions on Reveiled, the buyer typically covers the shipping fees:

  • Buyer's Responsibility: Shipping costs are additional to the sale price and will be paid by the buyer.
  • Listing Details: Sellers may offer different shipping options, including free shipping. Always check the specific details in the listing before completing your purchase.

To determine your flat rate postage and delivery fee, go to the Australia Post website and use their postage calculator for a quote. The link is provided below:

Using the correct shipping method keeps everyone protected during transit.
We recommend Australia Post as they offer:

  1. Door-to-door tracking that's viewable online
  2. Signature on delivery
  3. Insurance covers the total sale value

    If your package needs to be included, payment services such as PayPal will need proof of shipment to handle refunds appropriately.

Marking your dress as shipped and adding tracking keeps the buyer and Reveiled updated on the progress of the sale.

    To mark it as shipped and add tracking, follow these simple four steps:

  1. Visit your dashboard
  2. Go to orders
  3. Click ‘mark as shipped’ in the order box
  4. Select the carrier and add the tracking number.

In line with our sustainable shopping experience. To reduce waste, sign in to your account on the Reveiled website to view your proof of payment.

  1. Pack: Use a sturdy cardboard box that is the right size for your dress. The box shouldn’t be too small that the dress is crammed nor too large that shipping wont be economical. The ideal box size is 700mm L x 470mm H x 250mm D.
  2. Wrap: Carefully turn your dress inside out and fold the dress to try and preserve the form as much as you can. Then wrap it in either a muslin wrap (especially if the dress has beading to protect it) or acid-free tissue paper. Then place the dress in a cloth garmet bag to help protect it.
  3. Seal: Use heavy-duty packing tape to makes sure that all sides are secured and ready for transport.
  4. Label: Place the shipping label on top of the box and write (neatly) the words “Wedding dress” and/or “Fragile” to let the couriers know to handle with care.
  5. Insurance: Make sure to insure your package for the price of the dress. In case it never arrives or there is significant damage.
  6. Tracking: Don’t forget to also add the tracking information to your order dashboard so the buyer can track the parcel.
  7. Signature: It’s important to request a signature upon arrival so that you know the dress ends up in the right hands. This will help you if the buyer claims the dress never arrived.
